While performing the duties of most of these positions, employees are regularly required to stand for long periods of time on their feet, walk, use hands, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. These positions also require exposure to second hand smoke, dust or fumes, and illness such as influenza, dust, odors and elevated noise levels. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Adequate vision is required on most positions. Employees must be able to work flexible or odd hour work schedules, including evening, weekends, and holidays as needed. Laguna Development Corporation has established a minimum educational requirement for all positions of a High School Diploma or a GED. Lead Slot Technician - (Internal Applicants Only)
Under limited supervision of the Slot Tech Supervisor, the Slot Lead Technician will work with management to fulfill goals and objectives and to ensure a consistent and professional image in the Slot Department. Responsible for coordination of the daily shift activities. Assisting in effectively investigating and resolving guest disputes in a clear and concise manner. Acts as a host and answers customer concerns and questions. Able to develop, implement and train all slot technician personnel. Assist technicians for proper machine repair to ensure games are operational at all times for generating revenue.
Slot Technician Supervisor - (Open 05/13/13 - 05/17/13)
Under the supervision of the Dancing Eagle Casino Manager, the incumbent will direct and supervise all personnel assigned to the Slot Technical Department. Responsible for the tactical day to day operation of all Slot Technical facilities at LDC properties. This position ensures the utmost in quality control in regards to moves, conversions, maintenance, and floor design. Incumbent is supervised by the Dancing Eagle Casino Manager and directly supervises Slot Technicians.
Security Officer I (Part-time) - (Open 05/09/13 until filled)
Under general supervision of the Security Supervisor, responsible for the safety and security of personnel, patrons, building facility, grounds and all other property belonging to Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) and patrons. Maintain public relations for Dancing Eagle Casino as described by Laguna Development Corporation, and its designated personnel. Protect against theft, vandalism, fire and illegal entry utilizing proper procedures as determined by the Director of Risk.
Slot Technician - (Open 05/03/13 until filled)
Under general supervision of the Slot Lead Tech, the Slot Technician will work with the Lead Technician to maintain the upkeep of slot machines and to fulfill the goals and objectives to ensure a consistent and professional image in the Slot Department.
Slot Host (Part-Time)
Under the supervision of the Slot Supervisor, under limited supervision, this individual will work with management to fulfill goals and objectives in the Slot Department. Work to ensure a consistent and professional corporate image.
Maintenance Technician (Open 03/27/13 until filled)
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent independently performs a variety of maintenance and repair duties on mechanical or electrical equipment, machinery, or structure of establishments to ensure a safe and efficient operation. This position will cover all the LDC establishments.

Dancing Eagle Casino Restaurant Cook - (Open 03/01/13 until filled)
Under general supervision of the Kitchen Supervisor, the incumbent will assist in the preparation of menus, food set-up, service and line cooking. The incumbent will also perform activities in support of the F&B Department at the Dancing Eagle Casino.

Retail Clerk
Under the supervision of the Store Manager, independently performs a variety of duties and ensures a safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing customer service, operating the G-site cash register, cleaning and re-stocking shelves and other duties as necessary or assigned.
