Under the direct supervision of the Cage Supervisor, the incumbent will fulfill goals and objectives in the Dancing Eagle Casino Cage. Works at all times to ensure a consistent and professional corporate image. Ability to receive and verify large amounts of money/chips. Prepares appropriate paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion. Maintains strict adherence to all policies, procedures and the internal controls for the cage. Must be able to balance their assigned bank. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

Security Officer I (Part-Time)
Under general supervision of the Security Supervisor, responsible for the safety and security of personnel, patrons, building facility, grounds and all other property belonging to Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) and patrons. Maintain public relations for Dancing Eagle Casino as described by Laguna Development Corporation, and its designated personnel. Protect against theft, vandalism, fire and illegal entry utilizing proper procedures as determined by the Director of Risk.

Players Club Representative
Under the direction of the Players Club Lead, provides day-to-day support of the Player Card Center, promotional and special events.
Under the supervision of the Slot Supervisor, under limited supervision, this individual will work with management to fulfill goals and objectives in the Slot Department. Work to ensure a consistent and professional corporate image.

Dairy Queen Shift Manager
Under the direct supervision of the QSR Manager, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring maximum guest service satisfaction, by orchestrating, through the team, production of quality food and high standards of service. Must be able to maintain franchise standards and teach these standards to new employees. Position located at the Dancing Eagle Travel Center.
Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Cashier/Food Prep
Under the supervision of the Dairy Queen Shift Manager, the incumbent independently performs a variety of duties in the food and beverage area to meet the profitable needs of the Franchisee by properly merchandising a high quality, consistent product to meet the retail customers' needs. Incumbent will also be responsible to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
Food Server (DECR)
Under the supervision of the Dining Room Supervisor, the incumbent attends to restaurant patrons by greeting, receiving beverage and food orders, relays food orders to the kitchen and delivers completed orders to patrons. Also assist patrons with all their dining needs.
66 Pit Stop (Laguna), Dancing Eagle Supermarket, Paguate Mart, Dancing Eagle Travel Center ::
Under the supervision of the Meat Manager. Independently performs a variety of duties in the Store and ensures a safe and efficient operation in the Meat Department located at Dancing Eagle Supermarket in Casa Blanca.
Under the supervision of the Store Manager, independently performs a variety of duties and ensures a safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing customer service, operating the G-site cash register, cleaning and re-stocking shelves and other duties as necessary or assigned.

Laguna Development Corporation is seeking applicants for a General Manager to join our Executive Team at Dancing Eagle Casino(Open Internal Only 09/17/13 – until filled)
The GM is responsible for the planning, directing, controlling, and coordination of all business activities of the assigned property in accordance with the mission, vision, values, policies, and objectives established by Laguna Development Corporation. The GM ensures effective administration is provided for all assigned departments, including Gaming, Retail, Marketing and Food and Beverage and ensures compliance in all aspects of operations. The GM provides effective leadership with primary objectives of attaining maximum profit on operations through effective marketing and fiscal management strategies. Minimum requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Graduate Degree preferred.Nine (9) years prior work experience in Casino Operations, with at least five of those years in Casino/Resort Management.
• Previous experience in Retail, Marketing and Food and Beverage operations preferred.Five (5) years prior financial experience in budget management, cash management; including cash flow projections, receivables, payables, and experience in dealing with vendors and contracts
• Demonstrated ability to establish long-range goals and objectives and specify strategies, actions and timelines to achieve them.
